The 130D metal wire mesh loom

The 130D metal wire mesh loom is the flagship product of Anping Bianwangren. Adopting bus control + integrated electromechanical technology, it features an exclusive industry configuration. With a weaving width of 1300–1600mm, it supports 10–100 mesh square mesh and 300 mesh Dutch mesh, suitable for wire diameters of 0.05–0.45mm, enabling plain, twill, and Dutch weaving. It is widely used in mass production of window screens, filter meshes, and industrial screens.

Key Advantages

Bus control ensures real-time data communication, delivering fast response and strong anti-interference capability. The integrated electromechanical design, paired with 1.5KW servo motors and a 2.3KW rapier servo motor, enables precise and efficient servo linkage for excellent weaving stability.

Intelligent Production Capabilities

Ideal for intelligent production of various metal wire meshes. Technically, it integrates four core mechanisms: beating, shedding, let-off, and weft insertion. Equipped with a PLC and real-time warp beam circumference servo control, it achieves full-process intelligent management.

Operating Principle

The bus system coordinates all servo mechanisms, with electromechanical synergy completing wire feeding, weaving, and winding. Standardized production processes and high-quality components like carbon fiber rapiers and RV reducers ensure continuous, stable operation.

Notes: Easy to operate via the PLC control system. Regularly inspect key components such as servo motors and rapiers; operate within the specified wire diameter and mesh range for low maintenance costs.
