Main performance characteristics:
The horizontal surface grinder of the machine tool and the precision rectangular surface grinder screw are made of special alloy steel through strict processing and heat treatment technology. Vertical and rapid lifting of grinding heads to improve production efficiency.
The lateral movement of the grinding head is driven by a hydraulic motor or can be manually operated.
The lifting mechanism and triangular bracket adopt an eccentric design, which is easy to adjust and greatly extends the service life of the machine tool.
Application:
Suitable for various processing machinery, automotive parts, fixtures, magnets, and mold parts processing industries. Machine tools can grind steel, iron, ceramics, and non-ferrous metal parts.
