3.According to the internal dimensions of the box body (including the partition, ring slot, and hook area), use a computerized fabric cutter to cut the velvet , leaving a 1-2cm margin for the edge wrapping,If ring grooves or earring holes are needed, first cut the corresponding grooves and holes on a thin sponge (5mm thick), then wrap the sponge with velvet cloth and fix it on the MDF partition with hot melt adhesive to ensure that the depth of the grooves is uniform and there is no deformation.

4.Individual packaging: Place qualified velvet boxes in dust-proof transparent PE bags or cotton bags, then put them into custom paper boxes, and place moisture-proof paper inside the boxes.
