Product Specification:
1.The core material of the cigar box is mostly Spanish cedar wood. The factory selects solid wood panels with uniform texture, no knots, and moderate density. These panels are cut into sheets according to the size. Before being used, they need to undergo drying treatment (either natural air drying or drying in a drying kiln) to control the moisture content at 8% - 12%, to prevent deformation in the future.

2.The inner lining of cigar boxes is mostly made of the same type of cedar wood. It is cut into partitions and a base layer to fit the space inside the box. Some high-end models may undergo curved or irregular shaping to enhance the snugness of cigar storage.

3.Mechanical humidity meters are pre-installed at the preset positions inside the box to ensure clear readings.
