Feature:
1.Choose hardwood materials (such as walnut, cherry, maple, and beech) with uniform density (air-dried density 0.6 - 0.8 g/cm³). These materials can not only highlight the high-end feeling of natural wood grain, but also have sufficient hardness to prevent deformation and damage during transportation.

2.Wood drying: Using a low-temperature slow-drying process (temperature 40-60℃, duration 7-10 days), control the moisture content of the wood to be 8%-12% (matching the humidity of the subsequent usage environment to avoid cracking / shrinking of the finished product), and during the drying process, the wood needs to be turned over regularly to ensure uniform moisture content inside and outside the wood.

3.The surface paint is made of high-solid-content PU paint, water-based matte or glossy paint. The gloss of the glossy paint is ≥ 90%, while the gloss of the matte paint is ≤ 30%.
