Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting Product Description

Diamond grade reflective sheeting is an ultra-efficient full-cube retro-reflective sheeting designed for the production of vertically exposed traffic control signs and delineators. Its core advantages are reflected in the following aspects:

1. Technical principle: Diamond grade reflective sheeting forms an air layer through a microcrystalline cubic structure to achieve total internal reflection. It can achieve ultra-high brightness without a metal reflective layer. The reflective efficiency is 6 times higher than that of the engineering grade and 3 times higher than that of the high-strength grade16.
2. Material and life: Diamond grade reflective sheeting is made of high-hardness polycarbonate or acrylic material, which is corrosion-resistant and anti-oxidation. The service life is up to 10 years, and the brightness retention rate is ≥50% after 10 years.
3. Performance characteristics: wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, gasoline solvent-resistant, good flexibility, support silk screen customization, adapt to extreme temperatures from -40℃ to 70℃, and convenient construction.
4. Application areas: Suitable for scenes such as highways, urban roads, construction zone signs and school bus warning stickers, especially in rainy and foggy weather or when observed at a large angle, it still maintains high visibility. Diamond grade reflective sheeting is widely used in traffic signs, safety signs and advertising fields, taking into account both safety performance and long-term economy.
