Product Performance
BSD-68602 is a carefully engineered additive package for gasoline engine oils meeting API SN, SM, SL, and SJ standards. It offers superior low-temperature dispersion and high-temperature stability. Packaging and Acceptance
- This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
- Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.
Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions
- The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products;
- When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
- Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
- Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.
Health and Safety
- The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
- Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
- Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
- Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
- Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
