RUIHE 7042P-1 is platinum-cured HTV solid silicone rubber specially designed for continuous extrusion process. It features transparent appearance, stable extrusion fluidity and outstanding high-temperature resistance. This grade is mainly used for manufacturing silicone tubes, medical hoses, wire and cable insulation layers. It complies with RoHS & REACH standards, with low volatile content and no toxic decomposition substances during vulcanization.

This grade is developed for continuous extrusion production only, not suitable for compression molding. It can produce long silicone tubes, wires and thin-wall profiles with stable extrusion speed. Platinum curing system requires matched platinum catalyst during processing.

Yes. Platinum vulcanization produces no small volatile molecules and no irritating odor after secondary curing. The extruded tubes stay transparent without yellowing, with no surface blooming, which meets high-standard requirements for food and medical tubing.

Secondary post-curing is recommended to remove tiny residual volatile substances inside silicone, further improve anti-yellowing performance and extend the service life of extruded tubing products.

Full customization service is available. Hardness can be adjusted within 50~75 Shore A, and we can develop colored transparent or opaque formulas according to customer’s tubing production demands.
