3. Adjust the viscosity and texture - control the stirring speed and temperature to ensure that the soap base reaches the best molding state

1. Fine grinding: further crush and roll the soap base or semi-finished soap to ensure a fine texture without granularity and improve the tactile quality of the product;
2. Homogenization: eliminate the problem of lumps or uneven density in the soap material to make the ingredients more evenly distributed;
3. Improve the appearance: enhance the gloss of the soap surface through grinding and polishing, which is suitable for the production of high-end soap or transparent soap;
4. Functional enhancement: some models can simultaneously mix additives to achieve multifunctional soap processing
