Machine working principle

Each drum and the product discharge conveyor are driven by independent motor-reducer units, which enable variable-speed control for optimal process adaptation. This separate drive arrangement not only simplifies maintenance—allowing each component to be serviced individually without halting the entire line—but also offers great operational flexibility, such as adjusting drum speeds independently to fine‑tune flake thickness and production rate.

Liquid soap or syndet slurry is fed via a metering pump onto the rotating rolls, where it is spread uniformly across the full roll width, forming a thin film of 0.3 to 0.5 mm. Thanks to the efficient internal cooling system, this film solidifies rapidly as the rolls revolve. The solidified layer is then continuously scraped off by adjustable doctor blades, which are precision‑ground and set at an optimal angle to ensure complete removal without roll surface damage. The resulting flakes drop onto a discharge conveyor belt, which carries them smoothly to the downstream packaging or storage area, maintaining a constant and uninterrupted material flow.
