This screw-type sludge dewatering system is constructed with corrosion-resistant stainless steel, making it ideally suited for handling pasture and agricultural wastewater. Its core design integrates multiple fixed rings, moving rings, and a spiral filtration mechanism, combining sludge thickening and dewatering into a single automated process.

The equipment operates in two stages:

  • In the concentration zone, the relative motion between fixed and moving rings allows efficient drainage of filtrate without blockages.

  • In the dewatering zone, the volume of the spiral chamber gradually decreases, increasing internal pressure and enhancing solid-liquid separation through an adjustable back-pressure plate.

This innovative filtering mechanism eliminates the need for traditional filter cloths or centrifugal methods. With its advanced self-cleaning function and continuous operation capability, the system offers a reliable, low-maintenance solution for modern agricultural sludge treatment.
