5m³/H Stainless Steel Spiral Sludge Dewaterer for Aquaculture – Efficient Solid-Liquid Separation

The core structure of this spiral sludge dewatering machine consists of multiple fixed rings, moving rings, and a spiral filtration unit. It effectively integrates concentration, filtration, and pressing dehydration technologies into a single vessel, enabling continuous sludge thickening and dewatering within one enclosed system.

In the concentration zone, the relative movement between the fixed and moving rings allows rapid discharge of filtrate without clogging. In the dewatering section, the volume of the spiral chamber gradually decreases, significantly increasing internal pressure. Combined with the adjustable back-pressure mechanism at the discharge end, this system achieves efficient solid-liquid separation without relying on traditional filter cloth or centrifugal methods.
