QJY automatic dosing device is widely used in auxiliary equipment for municipal water treatment and sewage sludge treatment. It can continuously and efficiently complete the compounding and mixing of polymers to obtain a homogeneous active polymer solution.

Working Principle

The device adopts a jet mixer, which uses high-speed hydraulic power to disperse the agent or powder, increase the fineness, improve the contact between the agent or powder.

1. Three tanks in one continuous preparation, easy to operate and maintain.
2. Dry powder or liquid polymer can be double-fed to meet different needs.
3. PLC runs automatically , saving labor.
4. The dosage of the medicine can be done by a screw pump or a metering pump (the former is conventionally used), and the metering is accurate and adjustable.
