Feed Trough System
Constructed from Zn-Al-Mg plate for superior anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties.
V-Shallow design with reinforced structure featuring anti-spill and anti-clogging capabilities to minimize waste and prevent mold growth. Track design incorporates humanized protection, balancing trampling resistance and safety across all tiers.
Cage Leg Design
Ruffled edge design effectively prevents rusting at cross-sections.
Bottom Mesh
Features a 7-9° slope gradient with smooth, burr-free surface to ensure bird comfort and effectively reduce cracked eggs.
Cage Door System
Sliding door design allows comfortable feeding for birds while facilitating easier operation during the breeding process.
Manure Conveying System
Front-end internal scraper: Heightened design blocks chicken feathers, which are exported by the spiral roller.

Egg Collection System
Continuous improvement in egg-breaking rate through meticulous design details. The 7° sloped bottom mesh ensures gentle egg rolling onto the collection belt, significantly reducing breakage.
Egg Picker Technology
Central egg conveying line with silicone dividers that reduce egg cracks by 1% through smooth elevator transfer, ensuring near-perfect collection. 90° large corner design allows smooth egg transitions with minimal breakage.
Drinking System
Stable, reliable system designed without leakage. Water line end part includes display, draining, and water shortage alarm devices for optimal monitoring.
Ventilation System
Cooling pad: Utilizes 7060 paper with black coating. Compared to 7090, 7060 provides smaller negative pressure and greater wind speed across the curtain. System includes water reusing and automatic water replenishing devices, saving customer costs on water reuse system investments.
Air Inlet System
Size: 1100mm x 330mm. Curve inlet flap directs airflow for uniform ventilation and prevents stress reactions from cold air. Air inlet opening is automatically controlled by environmental controller.
