  • The cage frame is formed with hot galvanized plate using CNC machines, ensuring accurate assembly that improves structural stability and prevents manure belt run-off.
  • The feeding trough uses hot galvanized material, which is stronger than PVC. The V-shaped bottom design is more suitable for birds' eating habits, distributes feed more uniformly, prevents moldy feed, ensures fresh feed consumption, and reduces waste.
  • Enhanced lower connector with stamped design provides convenient observation and bird access. Push-in style doors offer easy operation.
  • Driving rolls feature integrated rubber coating that increases friction, solves manure belt off-tracking problems, extends belt service life. Includes one scraper at the manure belt end and two secondary scrapers below the returning belt for thorough manure clearing.
  • Each tier's manure is conveyed to the end via manure belt, falls onto cross manure belt, and is finally conveyed to a manure truck outside the poultry house via elevating manure belt. Periodic manure clearing improves rearing environment and reduces disease occurrence.
