1. Automatic Main Feeding Line System
The automatic feeding system includes feed silos or manual hoppers, drive units, augers, feed level sensors, and other components. When integrated with enclosed poultry houses, it significantly enhances farm management efficiency, reduces cross-contamination risks, and enables full automation of poultry operations.
Feed Silo
Each silo consists of a silo tank, top cover, and support legs. The tank body is constructed with double-sided 275g/m² hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, featuring a viewing port on the conical bottom for monitoring residual feed levels. Multiple silo capacities are available to accommodate various farming scales.
Silo Advantages: High structural strength, superior corrosion resistance, simple on-site assembly, and long service lifespan.

2. Automatic Chicken Pan Feeding Line System
This system delivers feed via rotating helical spring augers, consisting of main feed lines and pan feeding branches. The main feed line starts from either a feed silo or manual hopper, with a feed level sensor installed at the terminal end to automatically control drive motor operation.
Pan Feeding Line
Each independent pan feeding branch includes an end feed sensor to control motor operation and enable automatic feeding.

Manufactured from virgin plastic blended with anti-aging and anti-UV additives, ensuring a service life over 10 years. Engineered based on global advanced poultry feeding design concepts, suitable for broilers at all growth stages. Multiple pan models and colors available for customized selection.
Turbo Feeding Pan: Upgraded new design featuring user-friendly feeding operation, effortless cleaning, and neat appearance.
Auger & Conveying Pipe
Spring Auger: Imported from South Africa and crafted from premium spring steel. Features long service life and consistent running performance, compatible with both powder feed and pellet feed transport.
Feed Pipe:
- Standard pipe: Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with double-sided zinc coating ≥275 g/m² for outstanding anti-corrosion performance

3. Poultry Equipment - Nipple Drinking Line System
The automatic nipple drinking system includes: front system, main water supply system, water inlet system, pressure regulator, nipple drinking line, lifting winch, suspension and lifting system, and anti-perching system.
Water Supply
The front system comprises water filtration, metering, water pressure display, water pressure regulation, and dosing device. Water supply pressure supply and storage devices are optional.

Lifting Winch

4. Automatic Environment Control System
Healthy poultry growth depends on a stable environment with fresh air, comfortable temperature, and proper humidity. A reliable, well-designed environmental control system is essential to maintain ideal indoor conditions inside poultry houses.
We offer two optional imported environment controllers: Israel Agrologic series and Rotem AC2000 series.
Control Cabinet
Customized cabinets available to match client requirements. Internal wiring is configured based on actual equipment load. Features elegant appearance, solid construction, and stable reliable operation.
6. Cooling Pad System
Our cooling pads utilize new materials and advanced cross-linking technology, offering high water absorption, excellent water resistance, mildew resistance, and long service life.
Enhanced with high-performance surfactants, the pads provide natural water absorption and fast water diffusion. A single drop of water fully spreads within 4-5 seconds, with water absorption reaching 60-70 mm in 5 minutes and 200 mm in 1.5 hours, complying with international standards.
Manufactured under strict standard procedures, the 600 mm cooling pad contains 85 layers of corrugated sheets. Constructed with imported kraft paper (100g/m², thickness 0.18-0.2 mm, tensile resistance 70 N, water absorption height 45 mm/10 min, moisture 5-8%, humidity resistance 18 N).
The cooling pads contain no phenol or skin-allergic chemicals. They are non-toxic and harmless during installation and usage - safe, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective.
