Are these new cells?
Yes, 100% new cells direct from the factory.
Do you test capacity, voltage and internal resistance before shipping?
All batteries are strictly tested before shipment. Voltage difference within 10mV, capacity difference within 2%. High internal resistance batteries are not allowed to be sent out.
What is your replacement policy if the cells arrive damaged?
We have three staff members checking packages. All cells are wrapped with thick foam and use 5-layer hardest cartons. We also have UN cartons and polywood cases. In case of any damage during transportation, 100% new replacement within one business day.
Are BusBars and screws included and free?
Yes, we ship the battery with BusBar connectors and screws for free.
Why can't I see any update tracking information after waiting for weeks?
This is normal. The tracking number won't be updated until the package arrives in your country. When they are on the train, no tracking updates are available.
Can you customize battery packs?
Yes. Please send us your requirements: voltage, capacity, application, constant and peak charge/discharge current, size limitations, and all relevant information.
Do you have battery accessories besides battery cells?
Yes, we have the best sources for active battery balancers, smart BMS, and chargers. Let us help you save time, money, and avoid risks.
