Why Sodium ion battery
Lower limit voltage:Sodium battery can discharge to 0V without quanlity issue, but LiFePO4 battery might has problem under 2V.
Higher up voltage:Sodium ion batteries have a higher voltage platform 3.95V than LiFePO4 3.65V.
Better low-temperature performance:
Sodium ion electrolytes have better low-temperature conductivity, with a capacity retention rate of
over 80% at -20 ℃, while lithium iron phosphate batteries typically have a capacity retention rate of less than 60%.
Sodium ion batteries can be charged at -20 ℃. Lithium iron phosphate must be charged at temperatures above 0 ℃.No need to heat
and charge the battery.
Temperature and charging performance:
-20~0℃ :≤0.20C
0~45℃ :≤0.50C
Temperature and discharge properties:
-40~0℃ :≤0.50C
0~45℃ :≤0.50C
45~60℃:≤0.20C
High Safety
Sodium ions have very stable chemical properties, making them safer as home energy storage batteries
