3.7V 60Ah Lithium Pouch Battery Rechargeable NMC Pouch Cell
Features
1. High Energy Density: NMC chemistry offers a high energy density, providing substantial capacity (60Ah) in a relatively compact and lightweight pouch format (850g).
2. High Discharge Capability: Capable of supporting high continuous (up to 3C/180A) and peak pulse (6C/360A for 10s) discharge currents, suitable for power-intensive applications.
3. Long Cycle Life: Designed for a long service life, typically supporting over 2000 charge-discharge cycles while maintaining 80% of initial capacity.
4. Pouch Cell Advantages: Compared to metallic casing cells, pouch cells offer: Safer Failure Mode, Lighter Weight, Flexible Form Factor.
5. Wide Operating Temperature Range: Can operate effectively across a broad temperature range, particularly useful for applications in varying environments.
6.Low Self-Discharge: Retains charge for extended periods when not in use.

Warnings & Precautions
Charging
- Use a Compatible Charger: Always use a charger specifically designed for NMC/Li-ion chemistry and configured for this battery's voltage (4.2V) and current limits.
- Charge Within Specifications: Do not charge above the maximum voltage of 4.2V or exceed the maximum continuous charge current specified by the manufacturer.
- Temperature Monitoring: Charge only within the specified temperature range (0°C to 55°C). Never charge a battery that is below freezing or feels hot to the touch.
Discharging
- Avoid Over-Discharge: Stop using the battery before reaching the cut-off voltage (2.75V at >0°C; 2.50V at -20°C to 0°C).
- Respect Current Limits: Do not exceed the maximum continuous discharge current (3C/180A) for prolonged periods, as this can cause excessive heat generation and potential damage.
- Temperature Management: Avoid discharging outside the recommended temperature range (-20°C to 55°C).
Storage
- Partial Charge Storage: For long-term storage (longer than one month), store the battery at a 30%-50% State of Charge (SOC).
- Cool and Dry Environment: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources. Ideal storage temperature is between -20°C to 25°C.
