TBM Disc Cutter Features

1. Disc cutter manufacturing and processing: Through the advanced CNC machine tool to ensure the consistency of the size of the hob parts; combined with strict specifications of the assembly process to ensure the torque of the cutter, the torque is adjusted within an appropriate range, so that it can be well adapted to the surrounding rock geology, and to help solve the hob uneven wear in different formations.

2. Disc cutter sealing system: The sealing system of our disc cutter adopts the world famous brand metal sealing system. The twisting of the rubber ring during cutter assembly may cause the air leakage of the cutter, and this hidden danger is difficult to check out. We assembled the disc cutter through special technology to correct the phenomenon of the rubber ring twisting and eliminate the hidden leakage of the metal seal,and it ensures the sealing reliability of the disc cutter.
