Integral Drill Steels For Small Hole Drilling Underground Mining
Integral drill steel is a drill tool by combining drill bit, drill rod and shank adapter into one. It eliminates the energy loss at the connection of the tapered drill rod, improves the work efficiency and avoids the loss of the drill bit. When the head alloy plate is scrapped normally, the head can be cut off and used as tapered drill rod.
Generally, integral drill steel is used with low-power handheld or gas-leg rock drills, which are mainly used for underground mining and small hole drilling. It can effectively reduce the loss of impact energy and improve the drilling speed and efficiency.
