Every heat sink product undergoes multiple processes including drawing design, CNC machining, friction stir welding, soldering, assembly, skiving and extrusion, testing, and finally surface treatment.

Our heat sinks and water cold plates are utilized across multiple industries including transportation, CPU computers, servers, LED lighting, laser equipment, air conditioning, and any electrical products that generate heat.

All heat sinks, water cold plates, and heat pipes are packed in EPE foam within cartons. Cartons feature strong protection using wooden frames and waterproof transparent packaging film. Larger heat sinks or water cooling plates may use wooden cartons with thick EPE foam for excellent protection against impact.
