Advanced Production Process
PVDF color fluoride panels adopt anti-corrosion resin powder, which is fully covered on the base plate through electrostatic adsorption and thermoset by high-temperature heating. There are no volatile solvents, and the surface is dense without micropores.
Strong Corrosion Resistance
The base plate of PVDF color fluoride panel is completely wrapped by the resin layer, and there are no micropores. The closed resin layer isolates the contact between the base plate and air, avoiding the corrosion of the base plate by corrosive media in the atmosphere. The coating thickness can reach 75±5μm, which is 3-4 times that of ordinary color plate coatings, equivalent to putting on a thick armor for the base plate. Excellent High and Low Temperature Resistance
The film-forming temperature of the plastic coating of the color fluoride panel is above 300°C. The lower surface layer uses epoxy powder thermosetting resin, which can be used in high-temperature environments of 150°C. After 10 freeze-thaw cycle tests, the resin layer has no phenomena such as falling off, bulging, cracking, peeling, and damage.
Superior Weather Resistance
The upper surface of the color fluoride panel adopts a high-performance anti-corrosion and weather-resistant spray coating, which has excellent weather resistance. When exposed to ultraviolet rays for a long time, there will be no chalking and fading. With advanced technology and scientific formula, the color fluoride panel is tough, wear-resistant, and has strong adhesion without delamination. After bending and pressing forming, the resin layer will not crack or peel off.
Class A Fire Resistance
The base plate of PVDF color fluoride panel is steel plate, which is a non-combustible material, and its fire resistance rating can reach Class A, meeting the requirements of building fire protection codes.
Maintenance-Free Performance and Antistatic Property
The base plate is protected by the resin layer, so it will not oxidize or corrode, and has antistatic property, eliminating the need for later maintenance.
Applications and Precautions
It is applicable to factory buildings with strong corrosiveness, such as chemical plants and aquatic product factories, as well as public buildings including coastal guardrails. When applying, it is necessary to ensure that the installation surface is flat and clean to avoid affecting the adhesion between the panel and the base; in the process of transportation and storage, avoid violent collision and keep away from high-temperature and open-fire environments to prevent damage to the resin coating and ensure the product performance.
