Description
Drywall Furring Channel is a multifunctional "hat-shaped" aluminum material with many applications. Most commonly, fur is used to provide a way to connect the finished wall product to the structure behind it. Fur is often used on concrete surfaces as a means of connecting drywall. It is also used in applications such as metal siding, to connect it horizontally to the structure, and then as a base for screw-fastening the siding. Raw edges are also the preferred method of constructing drywall ceilings, which are connected vertically to the bridge channel, and the drywall is then screwed to the raw edges
