Q: How does the wireless update work?
A: Each display connects to your store WiFi network. You upload the new content in the management platform or push it through the SDK; the screen downloads it automatically and switches to the new price without anyone touching the shelf.

Q: What WiFi coverage do I need?
A: A normal store WiFi network is enough. For large floors we recommend access points distributed along the aisles so that every unit keeps a stable signal — our team can advise on layout once we know your store size.

Q: Which development languages does the SDK support?
A: The SDK communicates over standard HTTP interfaces, so it can be called from Java, Python, PHP, C# and other common languages. Example code and API documentation are provided with the SDK.

Q: Is it waterproof?
A: The unit is rated IP20, which protects against solid objects and is designed for indoor use. For outdoor or refrigerated display cases, contact us and we will recommend the appropriate protection solution.
