Our MOQ starts at just 1 piece. Small orders and sample requests are both welcome. Bulk pricing applies automatically as quantities increase.

Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services, including custom logo printing, brand packaging design, color temperature adjustments, and product design modifications. Contact us with your specifications for a custom quote.

Q3: What certifications do your SAD lamps have?
Our SAD light therapy lamps are certified with CE, ROHS, and FCC, meeting safety and environmental standards required for the EU, US, and international markets.

Q4: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We strongly recommend requesting a sample first to verify product quality, packaging, and performance before committing to a larger order.

Q5: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Lead time depends on order size: 7–14 days for orders up to 500 pieces, 2–3 weeks for 1,000–5,000 pieces. Our weekly production capacity is 5,000+ pieces to ensure timely delivery even for large volumes.

Q6: Do you provide certificates for customs clearance?
Yes. Every shipment includes CE, ROHS, and FCC certificates, along with commercial invoice, packing list, and COO (Certificate of Origin) upon request for smooth customs clearance in your destination country.

Q7: Can I customize the logo and packaging?
Yes. We offer custom logo printing (on-product and/or packaging), branded user manuals, and retail box design. Custom packaging MOQ typically starts from 100 pieces.

Q8: What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard payment term is T/T. For first-time buyers or large orders, we can discuss Letter of Credit (L/C) or trade assurance options.

Q9: Do you ship worldwide? What shipping methods are available?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping options include sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS). We handle full export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and COO.
