Custom prepainted color aluminum coil with PE, HDP, PVDF coating



Product Description:


Our prepainted color aluminum coil is produced via continuous roller coating process. The aluminum substrate (1050,1060,3003,3004,5005 alloy) is cleaned, chemically converted and coated with primer, topcoat and then cured under controlled temperature.
We supply three mainstream coating systems: PE polyester for indoor and mild outdoor use, HDP high durable polyester for general exterior, and PVDF fluorocarbon coating for coastal, high UV and harsh industrial environments.
Multiple surface finishes are available: glossy, matte, metallic, wood grain, marble/stone grain. We can match RAL and Pantone colors according to customer samples. The paint film bonds tightly with aluminum base, can be roll formed, bent and fabricated without paint loss.
Lightweight, low maintenance, anti-corrosion and fully recyclable. Widely used for roof panels, wall cladding, curtain wall, ceiling, aluminum composite panel, advertising signs, roller shutters and appliance shells.
