Industrial Powered Galvanized Roller Conveyor for Aluminum, Steel & Stone Sheets
When sheets are long, heavy, or simply too hot to handle manually, a reliable roller conveyor keeps the workflow moving. This industrial-grade powered unit uses a hot-dip galvanized frame and positively driven rollers to transport aluminum, steel, or stone sheets from one workstation to the next without slipping or stall.
Construction Highlights
  1. Galvanized steel side profiles – zinc coating after fabrication protects cut edges against rust.
  2. Chain-driven rollers – each roller is coupled to a common chain, ensuring even pull under uneven load.
  3. Bolt-on geared motor – position mounted on the left or right to suit existing layout; no chain tensioner needed.
  4. Plug-in wiring – motor and sensor cables terminate at a numbered terminal strip, ready for quick connection to your control cabinet.
  5. Modular design – straight sections are supplied in lengths up to 3 m; join multiple sections to achieve the total length you need.
Operating Data (typical setup)
• Roller pitch: set so at least three rollers support the shortest sheet at any time.
• Load guidance: optional fixed or adjustable side rails prevent sheets from drifting.
• Ambient range: -10 °C to +50 °C; motor rated IP55 for workshop dust and water mist.
Integration Options
• Add a photoelectric sensor for “sheet present” signal.
• Include a lift-and-transfer module to shift sheets 90° onto a cross conveyor.
• Mount a frequency inverter on the frame if variable speed is required.
