4. Improved Softness vs. Standard Rigid LED Strips
Standard rigid LED strips and low-density flexible strips often kink or crack solder joints when bent to <30mm radius. Our reinforced design solves this:

FPC + PVC jacket bonding ensures the strip bends smoothly without stressing internal circuits, even for repeated handling during install.

PVC jacket acts as secondary insulation and mechanical protection, so the strip survives jobsite knocks, shipping, and minor impacts that would damage bare FPC strips.

5. 1-Meter (120-LED) Cutting Unit with Parallel Circuit Design
⚠️ Critical Safety Note: Each 1-meter segment forms an independent parallel circuit with marked black cut lines. Cutting is ONLY permitted at these 1-meter intervals — cutting at non-marked points will damage the circuit, cause short circuits, or pose risk.

This parallel design means if one 1m segment is damaged, the rest of the run stays lit (no total strip failure like series-only low-voltage strips).

For projects requiring shorter cut lengths, we recommend our 12V/24V low-voltage SMD2835/5050 series (cuttable every 2.5–5cm).
