A5: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3~7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~5 days. Third, whole producing time - QC check the production line at regular intervals. Fourth, sampling inspection after finish the order.

A24: We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive the products in good condition. But to avoid any unexpected trouble about quality problem, we suggest that you check the products once you receive them, and let us know if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it immediately.
