PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

4" Layflat Hose Pumping Concrete PU Covered Through the Weave 86bar 1250psi

Concreflex is one type of through-the-weave polyurethane (PU) covered hose which is the newest hose in the innovation program of Brundage Bone Concrete Pumping.
Concreflex hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity virgin synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the PU compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type.
The heavily reinforced weave ensures minimum extension in length and minimum "snaking" or bending of the hose.

Concreflex is more abrasion resistant compared with traditional concrete rubber hoses.
