The CW61100 is a heavy-duty horizontal lathe featuring a reinforced cast iron bed and a maximum swing diameter of 1000mm. It is equipped with an 18-speed gearbox and a 105mm spindle bore. It can meet the precision machining needs of ultra-large workpieces such as large rolls and turbine shafts.

Product features:

1. One-piece bed adopts high strength iron to ensure rigidity and precision.

2. Ultrasonic frequency quenched guide-ways ensure good wear-resistance.

3. Headstock gears hardened and ground to achieve precision and low noise.

MANUAL CHUCK:The standard version is equipped with a 3-jaw or 4-jaw manual chuck

FOUR-STATION TOOL HOLDER:Four-station tool holder,fast-moving mechanism,can be operated with one hand, and tool holder pro-tection is optional.

GEAR SPINDLE BOX:Classic gear shifting device, gear engagement is more accurate/fast

STEADY REST:Steady rest are optional accessories, need extra cost.

QUENCHED TAILSTOCK:The tailstock sleeve is treated with high-frequency quenching and carefully ground to prevent wear and tear.
