The DK7750F Fast Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) machine is a high-performance metal cutting solution that combines precision and efficiency. This High-Speed Wire EDM operates using a rapidly reciprocating molybdenum wire electrode (8-10 meters per second) that can be reused, delivering exceptional cutting speeds while maintaining accuracy between 0.05 to 0.08 millimeters.

The machine utilizes an advanced electrical discharge process where the negatively charged wire and positively charged workpiece create sparks when within discharge gap distance. These sparks generate high temperatures that precisely melt or vaporize the workpiece surface, while the wire movement and working fluid remove material to form clean, accurate cuts.
