Installation & Operation Notes

1. Not recommended for prolonged continuous high-speed, heavy-load extreme duty cycles
2. Ensure proper shaft alignment during installation to prevent additional radial bearing loads
3. Select appropriate lubricant grade based on seasonal and ambient temperature conditions
4. Monitor oil temperature, noise levels, and seal integrity during initial run-in period
5. Address oil leaks, abnormal heating, gear scoring, or pitting immediately upon detection
6. Inspect oil quality and bearing condition before restarting after any shutdown exceeding three months

Packaging

Standard single units are secured on solid wood pallets with full stretch film protection. Large power or large frame models are packed in sealed plywood crates with reinforced bottom load-bearing beams. Output shafts, input shafts, and flange faces receive individual foam or corner-guard protection. Documentation, manuals, and accessories are packed separately in waterproof bags. External crate markings include model number, specifications, net weight, gross weight, lifting points, and moisture-proof labels.
