High Accuracy Full Stroke Pneumatic Chuck of Laser Pipe Cutting for CNC Lathe Machine

1.Description

Chucks are especially designed for laser fiber cutting machine. Actually, the chuck itself is able to be an independent rotating spindle. In the meanwhile, it can clamp the work-piece tightly. After fixing the product base, it just needs to equip with a proper motor as well as connect it with the gear, connecting the air source.

After the product base is fixed, to clamp and rotate the work-piece, it only needs to equip with a matching motor and connect it with the gear and meanwhile connect the compressed air source(0.2-0.9Mpa). With cross roller bearing, it has longer service life, higher rotary accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy than traditional laser chuck, and greater clamping force than similar chucks in the market.
