To completely resolve this industry point, the LJJYJ series Integrated Automatic Dosing Device (Integrated Flocculant Preparation Device) was developed.

This equipment intelligently integrates dissolving, maturing, and dosing into a single unit. It controls the exact powder dosage to automatically stir, dissolve, and mature the flocculant, which is then stably delivered into the treatment water via a dosing pump. This not only drastically reduces the complexity of manual operation and realizes highly precise automated dosing, but also significantly saves chemical consumption, making it widely applicable in urban water supply, wastewater treatment, and power industries.

• Three-Compartment Integration for Continuous Supply: The equipment box is scientifically divided into three compartments: preparation, maturing, and dosing (Note: the 500L model has two compartments), with each compartment equipped with an independent electric mixer. This gradient design ensures that the chemical liquid is thoroughly mixed and matured. Aided by high and low-level monitors, it guarantees the system can provide a continuous, uninterrupted supply of chemicals.
• Electric Heating Belt Prevents Moisture and Caking: Targeting the fatal flaw of dry powder easily absorbing moisture and blocking pipes, the equipment is specially outfitted with an electric heating belt on the dry powder feeding pipe. The heating mechanism keeps the powder inside completely dry, thoroughly preventing moisture, caking, and blockages, ensuring the powder slides smoothly into the mixer.
• Fully Automatic Unattended System: The equipment is powered by an advanced automatic control system that supports fully automatic operation, auto-stop, auto-start, auto-alarm, and even remote control capabilities. It automatically initiates preparation when the dosing compartment reaches a low level, and stops at a high level to prevent overflow, truly realizing intelligent, unmanned operation.
• VFD Precise Speed Control for Chemical Savings: The dry powder feeder's motor speed is regulated by a variable frequency drive (VFD) inside the control box, precisely controlling the rotation of the dosing screw. This high-precision feeding, combined with water flow regulation, strictly locks in the target concentration of the prepared liquid, entirely eliminating chemical waste caused by overdosing.
