Ultra-fine bubble oxygenation system designed for large lakes, rivers, and wastewater treatment plants, delivering efficient aeration with 0.75 kW power.

Three-Stage Treatment Process
  • Stage 1: Pump mixes air and water under pressure in the main unit
  • Stage 2: Dissolved air tank ensures complete gas dissolution
  • Stage 3: Release device generates nano-bubbles and jets them into water at high speed
The jet produces mechanical ionization that breaks colloidal bonds of pollutant clusters and the bonds between pollutants themselves.
Advanced Bubble Technology
Micro-nano bubbles generated by the system feature water solubility exceeding 85% and create supersaturated dissolved oxygen concentration. These ultra-fine bubbles remain in water for extended periods, continuously replenishing active oxygen and providing sufficient oxygen and reaction time for wastewater purification microorganisms.
After treatment, dissolved oxygen in water reaches 4 ppm, providing self-purification capacity far superior to natural water bodies.
Three-Level Water Purification
  • Level 1: Active oxygen ions in micro-nano bubbles ionize water and break down sludge organic bonds into inorganic substances
  • Level 2: Acidic oxides form inorganic acids that decompose organics
  • Level 3: Active oxygen directly oxidizes organic matter
