QJB Series Submersible Mixers consist of two main categories: Mixing and Agitating, and Low-Speed Flow Booster.
Mixing Series: A key component in wastewater treatment used for liquids containing suspended solids. It ensures the homogenization of solid-liquid or solid-liquid-gas mixtures during biochemical processes. The unit integrates a submersible motor, gearbox, impeller, and installation system.
The motor drives the impeller to create a swirling jet (for shear mixing) and an axial flow (for propulsion). This combination generates a massive volumetric flow, effectively maintaining the required fluid velocity and process flow field.
Mixing Series features a direct-drive, multi-pole motor. It is compact, highly efficient, energy-saving, and easy to maintain. Precision-crafted impellers deliver powerful thrust, making it ideal for solid-liquid mixing and blending.

Proper selection is crucial for optimal performance, primarily determined by flow velocity within the tank. The required velocity is generally 0.15~0.3 m/s:
Selection requires confirming: applications (sewage, sludge, or biological tanks), media parameters (SS, viscosity, temperature, pH), and tank geometry (shape and depth). Motor power is determined by tank volume, liquid density, and water depth. Single or multiple mixers can be deployed as required.
Unlike traditional shaft mixers, QJB mixers offer flexible positioning. Adjusting the location creates varied flow patterns to completely eliminate dead zones. Power is sized based on tank volume, media density, and depth (single/multiple units).
