Ø It can perform multi-layer contact thermal resistance analysis, and calculate parameters such as thermal resistance and thermal diffusion rate. Using standard samples with known specific heat, the specific heat can be calculated by comparison method.
Ø Integrated electronic equipment, data acquisition rate reaches 2MHz.
Ø Can be connected to a computer for fully automatic control, Chinese operating interface, automatic printing of test reports
