SJ/T10187-91Y73 2-Zone Water-Cooled Temperature Impact Chamber Thermal shock test chamber
Two Boxes Air-cooled Hot and Cold Thermal Testing ...
Thermal shock test chamber, also known as the high and low temperature impact test chamber, is known as the cold and thermal impact machine in Taiwan. It is used to test the degree of material structure or composite material that can be tolerated in a continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature. In the shortest time, test the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The test box is divided into two parts: high temperature zone and low temperature zone. The test sample is placed in the moving basket. The unique heat storage and cold storage structure is adopted.

Thermal shock test chamber Main function: Used in electrical and electronic components, automation components, communication components, auto parts, metals, chemical materials, plastics, etc., defense industry, aerospace, military industry, BGA, PCB base board, electronic chip IC, semiconductor ceramics and polymer materials The physical change, testing the material's repeated tensile force against high and low temperature and chemical changes or physical damage of the product in thermal expansion and contraction, can confirm the quality of the product, from precision IC to heavy mechanical components, no one Ideal test tool without it..
Thermal shock test chamber Heating and Cooling Systems:
The thermal shock chamber is equipped with separate heating and cooling systems. These systems use various methods, such as electric heaters, liquid nitrogen, or refrigeration systems, to rapidly and precisely control the temperature within the chamber.
