The ST-59 Corn & Cereal Fatty Acid Value Titrator is a fully automated instrument designed for determining fatty acid values in grains. Operating on the principle of colorimetric endpoint detection, this automatic titration system is primarily engineered to test fatty acid levels in rice, brown rice, corn, and other cereal products.
The device automates the entire workflow, including titration endpoint identification, measurement execution, data processing, result visualization, and report printing. This full automation eliminates human-induced variability, significantly enhancing the objectivity and precision of test outcomes.
