ST-F13 Dust Angle of Repose Tester Designed for Determining Angle of Repose of Dust Using Injection Limited Bottom Method
Resting angle (also known as rest angle): refers to the acute angle between the inclined surface of dust accumulation and the bottom horizontal plane.
The ST-F13 powder (dust) angle of repose tester is designed and produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T 16913-2008 Test Methods for Dust Physical Properties Part 5: Determination of Angle of repose by Injecting Limited Bottom Method (this standard refers to the use of ISO 4324:1997 powder and granular surfactants - Determination of angle of repose).
The measurement object applicable to this device is dust. The injection limited bottom method is used to determine the angle of repose of dust. The main technical difference from ISO 4324:1997 is that the height of dust accumulated on the limited bottom is not measured, and the angle of repose of dust is directly measured using a protractor.
The working principle is that enough dust from the overflow tray is injected into the horizontal tray from the funnel mouth; Measure the acute angle between the dust accumulation slope and the bottom horizontal plane, which is the dust settling angle.
