Full-Automatic Edible Oil Stability Analyzer (Oxygen Pressure Fluctuation Method)

The ST149B Automated Oxidation Resistance Tester creates a relatively stable environment for food samples in an oxygen-free setting at ambient temperature for a brief duration. When temperature and pressure are elevated, the food’s ability to resist fat oxidation diminishes. This product adheres to ISO 6886:2004 "Animal and Vegetable Fats and Oils - Determination of Oxidation Stability (Accelerated Oxidation Test)". The analyzer automatically tracks oxygen pressure fluctuations during the food oxidation process, enabling accurate assessment of edible oil’s oxidation stability. It is suitable for oil-containing foods—both solid and liquid, including vegetable and animal tissues—and allows direct sample testing without the need for prior fat separation.
This grease oxidation testing instrument is a versatile device with wide-ranging applications: ★ Predict product shelf life and research oxidation stability; ★ Assess optimal storage conditions; ★ Evaluate packaging performance; ★ Compare oxidation resistance of foods with different formulations; ★ Analyze oxidation stability of vegetable oils from various sources; ★ Verify the effectiveness of antioxidant additives; ★ Obtain oxidation-related data for raw materials and finished products;

★ Detect subtle oxidation: Some products undergo slow, invisible oxidation—particularly those with low fat content (4-5%). In such cases, oxidation can be accurately determined by combining this analyzer with gas chromatography technology.
