SH0059B Lube Oil Evaporation Loss Meter | LCD Touchscreen, Auto Calculation, ASTM D5800 Compliant


The SH0059B LCD lubricating oil evaporation loss tester is engineered and manufactured in full compliance with Chinese petrochemical industry standard SH/T 0059-1996 (Noack Method for Lubricating Oil Evaporation Loss Measurement), as well as ASTM D5800 and DIN 51581 standards.
This unit is designed for testing lubricating oils and lube base oils. During operation, samples are heated under controlled conditions for 1 hour, with evaporated oil vapor carried away by airflow. The final evaporation loss value is derived from the mass difference of the sample before and after the heating process.

Key Performance Features

  1. Adopts a metal bath heating structure for safe, low-emission operation. Wood alloy is integrated into the bath body to improve heat conduction efficiency and temperature uniformity.
  2. Fitted with an imported high-precision differential pressure gauge to ensure stable, accurate pressure readings throughout the full test cycle.
  3. Comes with a dedicated vacuum suction system and precision pressure regulation assembly. The built-in imported needle valve supports fine-tuned, highly accurate flow control.
  4. Features a smart LCD touchscreen interface with automatic temperature control. After you input the initial sample mass, the instrument will auto-calculate evaporation loss, store test data, and trigger an alarm once the set test time elapses.
