I. Introduction:

Portable Lubricant Oil Particle Counter is photoresist (light shading) counting principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee.It is mainly for laboratory or on-site testing the degree of particle contamination and moisture in the oil. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, fast detection speed, high precision and good repeatability, and can work under high temperature and high pressure environment. It is applicable for the measurement of engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (i.e. insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil and other oils, widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation ports, steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields.

• Can be connected to an external pressure chamber to form positive/negative pressure, enabling high-viscosity sample testing and sample negative-pressure degassing

• Built-in multiple calibration curves compatible with all common domestic and international standards
• Supports automatic calibration, manual calibration, and semi-counting calibration
• Built-in support for over ten common standards including GJB-420A, GJB-420B, NAS1638, GB/T14039, ISO4406, SAE4059cpc, SAE4059F, SAE749D, ROCT17216, QC/T29104, JB/T9737, DLT432, HH005-2018; a single test provides data results for all built-in standards
• Supports custom standard testing; up to 64 detection channels can be configured simultaneously according to customer requirements
