Product Description
FZG gear wear test machine is a multi-purpose testing machine. Can be used for the assessment of the carrying capacity of the lubricant, Also can special made by client's demands. Usually using for gear bending fatigue strength and gear touch fatigue strength test.
This Friction and Wear Testing Machine confirms to GB/T 13672-92 standard test method for scuffing load capacity of gears and SH/T 0366-1992 lubricant carrying capacity test method (CL-100 Gear machine method).
Primary Applications
This FZG scuffing loading capacity test equipment machine is designed for evaluating the scuffing load-carrying capacity of gears or lubricating oils.
The test bench consists of the following key components:
• Main Unit: Comprising the base, power source (motor), drive gearbox, torsion shaft, test gearbox, water cooler, torque-loading fixture, torque-loading device, level gauge, heating unit, temperature sensors, oil drain system, and torque speed acquisition sensors.
• Torque Loading System

Working Conditions
