Description
I. ISO3841 AUTOMATIC PARAFFIN MELTING POINT TESTER
This instrument is suitable for determination of the melting point (cooling curve) of petroleum wax.
It is not suitable for vaseline-type waxes, microcrystalline waxes, or mixtures with paraffin or scale waxes.
II. Main features
1. Automation Level: Industrial-grade ARM 32-bit core processor for surface-mount technology, automatically completes the testing process. Data can be exported via a USB flash drive, and processed by a computer for environmental protection and paperless testing.
2. Control System: Industrial-grade PLC programmable logic controller, treated with three-proof paint, ensuring instrument reliability. A 7-inch tablet touch screen display allows for operation without training, following on-screen prompts to complete the test.
3. Operating System: Windows CE embedded operating system with a fully Chinese interface, allowing for easy page switching, simple and convenient operation, automatic printing of results, and a large-capacity storage function capable of storing tens of thousands of data points and curves.
4. Safety Performance: Automatic diagnostics, overheating alarms, and automatic cutting off of the heater power, as well as an alarm function upon completion of the test.
5.The instrument uses a PLC industrial touch screen, HMI human-machine interface, and network configuration for remote control via mobile phones or computers. The instrument is easy to operate; simply place the sample, and the instrument will automatically start the detection, display, store test results, and can print them out.
