I.Lubricant Sulfated Ash Tester ASTM D874, GOST 12417, ISO3987

A new type of ceramic furnace is used as the heating body, which has a beautiful appearance and is suitable for detecting the ash content of sulfate in the lubricating oil containing additives and the additive concentrate of the blending lubricating oil. The lower limit for the instrumental determination of sulfated ash is 0.005%.

II. Main features

1. Hot ceramic furnace, good heat preservation effect, avoid burns to staff;
2. Microcomputer processing and PID control, digital display setting and actual temperature, accuracy 0.1 °C, Pt100 RTD temperature probe;
3. Porcelain silicon evaporating dish, 50~100ml, 120~150ml, meet the standard requirements;
4. Loose-leaf furnace door, easy to switch;
5. The electrical control box is separated from the heating box to reduce the damage to the electrical box caused by high temperature;
6. Split structure, easy to operate;
7. High-quality electric furnace wire is heated to prolong the service life;
8. The casing is formed by high-quality cold-rolled steel plate molds.
