XPM-Φ120*3 three-head grinder is a specialized grinding equipment designed for dry grinding and sample analysis in laboratory settings. This versatile equipment serves as a general-purpose solution for small quantity material grinding applications.

The three-head grinder offers flexible operation - you can choose to operate any single head independently or grind three different samples simultaneously, providing exceptional efficiency and versatility for laboratory workflows.

The grinding head, mortar support, and clutch are evenly installed on the rotating seat within the bearing assembly, positioned at 120-degree angles between each component. The base front houses the receiving support plate and electrical equipment, while the left side accommodates the motor.

When clutches are engaged, the motor drives grinding head rotation through the belt pulley and gear shaft system. The opposite end of the gear shaft engages with the mortar support gear. The relative sliding motion created by the clockwise rotation of both grinding bar and mortar, combined with the grinding head's weight, effectively grinds materials to the desired specifications.
