The ZMT Vibration Ball Mill features a ball milling chamber fixed with a lower vibration mechanism. The vibration motor drives two adjustable eccentric blocks to rotate, causing the cylinder to vibrate at high frequency. This forces the grinding medium and material to undergo strong impact, friction, and shearing actions that effectively crush the material.

Fine particles re-enter the ball milling chamber through a peristaltic pump via the screen bar at the lower part of the grinding chamber, while coarse particles remain for continued ball milling. This mature technology is widely used in electronics, ceramics, chemical industry, powder metal, tungsten, calcium carbide, rubber compounds, magnetic materials, high-frequency ceramic materials.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube is 5800mm to suit small containers. We can also cut to specific lengths, however a surcharge for machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

A: We have no MOQ for new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less than USD 1000 for custom handling cost purposes.

A: We accept T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, with T/T preferred.

A: 1-3 working days for small orders, and 3-10 working days for mass production of material. Final lead time will be subject to each individual invoice.
